We wanted to recreate the standby database using the previously saved template but it says it is not valid.

Recently we upgraded Dbvisit Standby, and in an earlier version of the software we never faced this error. Please let us know why this issue is occurring, and what the solution to it is. Thanks.

Templates for CSD (Create Standby Database process) may become invalid if any structural changes have been made on the primary database since the template was saved.

The solution for this then, is to choose option 1 Create a new standby database (instead of option 2) and to save those settings as a new template.
