Example Cloud Configurations

The following links show examples of configuring Dbvisit Standby within the cloud. The Oracle DBaaS examples are both running within a linux OS, whereas for Microsoft Azure, Windows 2016 Datacenter is chosen as the OS to run these configurations.

    Zeke, the company is thinking about moving some of our environments to Azure, for example our primary databases are on Oracle and our standby databases are both on Linux environments. To move all of our standby to Linux on Azure, will that work without any major configuration changes or license changes?
