Steps to perform
1. Launch the Dbvisit Website and click on SUPPORT
2. Sign up or sign in to the Support Portal
3. Once signed in choose the category under which you need the support :
- Trialing the software
- Existing Customer
- Partner
4. Choose from the dropdown list
5. Complete the form with as much details as possible and click SUBMIT :
