ERROR_CODE:2004
Cannot create a DDC file DEV: validation failed.
202102080931 - Path D:\Program Files\Dbvisit\standby\tmp contains a space which will
cause Dbvisit Standby to error. Please check if TMPDIR directory in Dbvisit Database
configuration (DDC) file dbv_DEV.env contains a space and modify.

Description

Dbvisit DDC creation fails with the above-mentioned error in the Windows environment. This is because of different naming style convention on the server (8dot3 name is disabled in the environment)

Solution

The issue is resolved by installing Dbvisit Software to a directory that doesn't contain any space in its path.
