Dbvisit Server can not create a new host

Hi 

 

I want to create a new host via Dbvisit Server, but after creating it, nothing appears and go to the dbserver log to find that

[error] cannot do select sql = select time_point from statistics_os_load_agg where value_1m not null and agent_id = @ agent_id order by time_point desc limit 1

Hello, 

The error message doesn't look to be related to the fact that you're not able to see the host in the GUI - there could be something else causing this behaviour. We are aware that in some exceptional cases errors like this can appear in dbvserver.log, but usually all works fine (including adding the hosts).

Best would be if you create a support ticket with support package, so as we can check more in detail - thanks!
